    NAFI Seeks Executive Director

    The National Association of Flight Instructors is seeking a dynamic individual for a leadership position as Executive Director of NAFI at EAA headquarters in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include:

    Developing and implementing strategies for NAFI member value including membership offerings, publications both print and electronic, and organizational relationships with industry and government.

    Translate NAFI’s overall strategic direction as derived from the board committee work into executable plans needed to achieve stated performance goals

    Exhibit leadership ability in community oriented features such as message boards, blogs, wikis, social networks, etc.

    The successful candidate will be results oriented, understand process-based workflow, and create strong member loyalty. This individual will have strong written, verbal, organizational and editing skills. Current FAA flight instructor certificate and flight instruction experience is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree or at least 6 years of managerial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. More information can be found
